My own journey through over 30 countries has shown me that true well-being is a journey of self-discovery. As a psychologist & lifestyle coach, I support you in discovering your inner strength, bringing your life into balance, and creating lasting positive change.

After completing my Bachelor's degree in Positive Clinical Psychology & Technology, I earned my Master's degree in Health Psychology & Technology. This education, along with my experience as a lifestyle coach, gives me the skills to promote holistic well-being. I believe that a holistic approach is necessary to reach the best version of yourself, with a focus on sleep, exercise, nutrition, mental health, and spirituality

My Journey to Psychology

After finishing school, I felt lost and unsure which path was right for me. The many possibilities overwhelmed me, and I didn't know which of my strengths to use to find my true purpose. There were so many questions, and it felt like everyone around me knew what was best for me. That wasn't a nice feeling. I felt pressured to apply for jobs that didn't make me happy. Luckily, that didn't work out! Instead, I decided to take some time for myself. In 2015, I went to Australia on a Work & Travel visa.

This was a big step on my journey to self-discovery. In two years, I traveled extensively and faced numerous challenges.

My Approach: I believe that well-being and happiness are a journey, not a destination. My approach combines global insights, positive psychology, and evidence-based methods to guide you on your unique path. By taking the time to truly understand your past, present, and future goals, I create a safe and empowering space where you can explore your true self, unlock your potential, and achieve lasting change.

What the World Has Shown Me

My time abroad was like balm for my soul. But my travels gave me so much more: They shaped my perspective on the human psyche and well-being. I learned how strongly cultural norms and values influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. What is considered "normal" in one culture can be completely different in another. This realization has strengthened my tolerance and openness to different ways of life.

Despite all the differences, I have also observed universal human needs and desires: the need for belonging, love, and meaning. I became aware of how strongly social factors such as poverty or discrimination influence mental health. At the same time, I met people who, despite adverse circumstances, showed incredible resilience and strength. This impressed me deeply and strengthened my belief in the human ability to overcome challenges.

Through my encounters with different cultures, I also got to know alternative perspectives on mental health, for example, traditional healing methods or spiritual practices. These experiences broadened my horizons and made me more open to different approaches. Above all, my travels have strengthened my empathy and compassion. I have learned to empathize with people from different backgrounds and understand their perspectives. It is important to me not only to work on the symptoms but to get to the root of the causes together with you.

Why I Studied Psychology

After traveling for a total of 4 years, I finally knew who I was and what I wanted to do: become a psychologist to help people understand themselves and go through situations they have experienced with them. To help them navigate this complex life, connect with their hearts and the emotions we experience, and not suppress them, as well as create more self-confidence.

As a psychologist & lifestyle coach, I meet my clients with an open heart and mind and create a safe space for personal development. My holistic approach allows me to consider the individual needs of my clients and find tailor-made solutions.
